Fenced dog run at Hazel Parker Playground (70 East Bay Street), listed by the City as S Adgers Wharf Dog Park. Fenced dog run open dawn until dusk. The City also lists a separate unfenced Hazel Parker Off-Leash Area at the playground, off-leash only dawn until 9am and 5pm to dusk; outside those hours dogs stay leashed there. Outside the posted dog park or off-leash area, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet (City Code § 5-4, as amended by Ord. 2025-110). Dogs are not allowed on tennis courts or athletic fields.
